We strive to make each canvas with a straight, square frame and defect-free canvas surface but sometimes damage occurs in shipping.   If you receive a canvas that is damaged or not manufactured to your high quality standards please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement. Returns must be pre-approved with an RA Number.
