For artists who enjoy stretching their canvases and who require a high quality frame that will
stand the test of time.  Our stretcher bars are made from American poplar  -  you'll be able to feel
the difference with our strong and substantial frames.   

Most companies offer stretcher bars in pine or fir  - use caution when choosing those for your paintings - they splinter easily, resins can permanently ruin your canvas and neither wood is very strong or stable.  Plus in most
cases you have to assemble them yourself.

Our stretcher bars are ready for your canvas.  For sizes 24x30 and larger the corner braces and additional supports are included in the price.
